Laser SLAM counterbalanced automatic forklift
Xianzhi has mastered the core algorithm of mobile robots with independent intellectual property rights, and has rich unmanned project experience in the automation industry; according to customer needs, it has independently developed a scenario-based laser SLAM counterbalanced automatic forklift; the laser SLAM counterbalanced automatic forklift obtains data through the laser radar sensor; the SLAM algorithm is used to complete map construction and the positioning and navigation functions of the robot during movement; the advanced natural contour navigation technology does not require any markings on the ground, and does not require reflectors; the robot can automatically stop/avoid obstacles during movement, and can automatically fork goods and place the goods on the designated shelf layer; it has power management and autonomous charging functions, thereby realizing the manual and automatic integration of the forklift; the robot is designed with multiple safety protection strategies in terms of software and hardware, and the robot is equipped with safety touch edges and emergency stop buttons around it to ensure overall safety and stability.
Multi-machine scheduling
With the visual information management system RoboGlue, it can realize accurate, efficient and flexible scheduling of various types of mobile robots including automatic forklifts, helping to achieve the highest work efficiency.
Adapt to various lasers
Navigation laser: The controller receives navigation laser radar data, and the data collection frequency is greater than 30Hz. The data collected by the laser radar is calculated through real-time algorithms. If an object enters the deceleration or stop range of the robot, the robot will slow down or stop immediately.
Obstacle avoidance laser: The detection frequency of the SRC core controller for IO signals is 100Hz, and the obstacle avoidance laser radar can be used to cover the blind spots that the navigation laser radar cannot detect.
Safety protection
Xianzhi’s full range of automatic forklifts supports safety protection of various sensors, including navigation laser, armband laser, safety searchlight, sound and light reminder, safety edge touch, anti-collision photoelectric sensor, emergency stop, etc., to ensure the safety of personnel and goods during the operation of laser SLAM automatic forklifts.
Pallet recognition
The pallet recognition sensor can accurately and autonomously identify the position and posture of the pallet, so that even if the pallet is moved, it can achieve efficient and accurate forking of goods.
Autonomous charging
Supports autonomous charging, and the charging process does not require staff intervention.
