Multi-machine scheduling
With the visual information management system RoboGlue, it can realize accurate, efficient and flexible scheduling of various types of mobile robots including automatic forklifts, helping to achieve the highest work efficiency.

Adapt to various lasers
Navigation laser: The controller receives navigation laser radar data, and the data collection frequency is greater than 30Hz. The data collected by the laser radar is calculated through real-time algorithms. If an object enters the deceleration or stop range of the robot, the robot will slow down or stop immediately.
Obstacle avoidance laser: The detection frequency of the SRC core controller for IO signals is 100Hz, and the obstacle avoidance laser radar can be used to cover blind spots that the navigation laser radar cannot detect.
Safety protection
Xianzhi’s full range of automatic forklifts supports safety protection of various sensors, including navigation laser, armband laser, safety searchlight, sound and light reminder, safety edge touch, anti-collision photoelectric sensor, emergency stop, etc., to ensure the safety of personnel and goods during the operation of laser SLAM automatic forklifts.
Pallet recognition
Through the pallet recognition sensor, the position and posture of the pallet can be accurately and autonomously identified, and even if the pallet is moved, the goods can be picked up efficiently and accurately.
Autonomous charging
Supports autonomous charging, and the charging process does not require staff intervention.

Environmental universality
Traditional mobile robot products have strict requirements on the use environment. In long corridors, high-dynamic environments, etc., positioning loss may occur, causing unpredictable dangerous situations.
Xianzhi Robot combines multiple sensors on the basis of SLAM to enhance the stability of positioning and navigation, while adding the understanding of scene semantics, truly achieving the perfect integration of automation and intelligence.

Operation visualization
Facing changes in factory site requirements, such as when users need to adjust the target position or route, traditional products require professional engineers to open the editor, write code and modify scripts in real time.
Roboshop, a visual operation software independently developed by Xianzhi Robot, is a one-stop implementation tool for mobile robots. From basic map construction, site, route, and area editing, to robot automatic calibration, task sequence editing, all can be quickly implemented through Roboshop, greatly reducing the implementation cost of factory workshops.

Multi-vehicle consistency
In order to effectively increase production capacity, the factory needs to add multiple mobile robots, but due to subtle differences in the production and assembly process of mobile robots, such as mechanical installation errors and component differences, when the newly added robots share existing maps and motion parameters, large motion errors will be generated.
Xianzhi Robot uses map-based multi-sensor system identification technology to calibrate the physical parameters, motion performance, and system delay of each robot in real time. Even if multiple mobile robots are working at the same time, there is no need to repeatedly build maps, which ensures the consistency of multi-vehicle motion and greatly improves the efficiency of on-site implementation.

Scheduling versatility
Modern factories usually require multiple types and numbers of mobile robots to work together, such as handling robots, composite robots, automatic forklifts, etc. If there is a lack of an effective scheduling system, a series of problems such as inefficiency, collision, and deadlock will occur.

The visual management system RoboGlue and the multi-machine scheduling system RoboRoute provided by Xianzhi Robot can simultaneously dispatch hundreds of mobile robots of multiple types, ensuring safety while greatly improving operating efficiency; in addition, the Xianzhi software system provides a simple and easy-to-use HTTP interface to the outside world, which can seamlessly connect with the user’s MES and WMS systems to meet the needs of factory intelligence.
