Hotel Service Robot-Function Introduction

• Item delivery: It is equipped with two large-capacity delivery cabins, which are suitable for a variety of delivery scenarios, such as take-out, express delivery, six small items, drinks, etc. Through unmanned operation, it replaces service personnel, realizes multi-point delivery, and reduces the operating costs of hotels, office buildings and other places.
• Leading: It supports customer-guided services, realizes fully autonomous positioning and navigation, and intelligent obstacle avoidance through machine vision and lidar. It can move fully autonomously in indoor places and guide guests to designated locations.
• Autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance: Equipped with SLAM positioning and navigation technology, it can realize automatic navigation and path planning, automatic elevator riding, automatic avoidance of pedestrians and obstacles, and accurately deliver items to the destination.
• Intelligent elevator control: The robot supports multi-floor delivery and can take the elevator autonomously. This mainly includes automatic entry into the elevator, automatic calling of the elevator, automatic exit from the elevator, as well as obstacle avoidance and voice reminders during the process of entering and exiting the elevator.
